Abstract: This article presents the results of a Global Empirical Survey on Choice of Law (the "Survey"). The Survey offers to the readers, in addition to contracting parties' advanced precautions and strategies taken by parties and their advisors while analyzing and choosing a governing law in cross-border contracts, a list of the main legal and economic considerations arisen out of the table of negotiations in international sales contracts.
