Especificamente, esta análise se foca na questão da aplicação ex officio da lei pelo árbitro a partir da perspectiva da máxima iura novit curia e das leis de polícia estrangeiras, de forma a verificar se o recurso a esses dois dogmas, por meio de analogia, é apropriado no contexto da Arbitragem comercial internacional.
