Abstract: The author addresses the increasing importance that arbitration has been gaining in recent times. This system of conflict resolution has many advantages such as, for example, quickness and confidentiality. The fact is that in the field of sports it is an option that is being used ever more commonly and, as such, the possibility of arbitration decisions being reviewed by the state body has become a relevant subject.
